The Action Plan

 


Each Action Plan includes workout video tutorials designed to show you how to perform exercises correctly and how to maximize the effectiveness of each workout. These customized video tutorials are delivered each week and are designed around available equipment, time constraints and/or injury.  Programs are then modified weekly based on your individual progress.

Your diet plan is delivered at the beginning of your program and will be based on your dietary needs and goals.  Please note that your diet plan will not be based off of any one diet method or require you to buy supplements, powders or pills.  It, instead, will be is a customized plan that will help you successfully achieve and maintain long-term results.  

For just $15 a week you can get the results you want from a certified fitness professional without having to pay for a gym membership or personal training sessions.  


This 4 week program includes a customized full body video tutorial emailed each week for a total of 4 weeks and a customized diet plan which is emailed at the start of your purchased program.
